4K Pre-Screening Packets Are Ready

Pick up a packet at one of the following schools:

• Long Cane Primary

• John C. Calhoun Elem.

• Cherokee Trail Elem

• Diamond Hill Elem.

Completed Packets are due back at the school by March 17, 2021.

Based on completed packets and CERDEP Eligibility Criteria, 4K Screening appointments will be made. Someone will call you by the end of March 2021.
